At morning your body is relaxed and body is on dehydrated mode so firstly you should drink (simple)water more than 2 glasses as per capacity.
If you you add Tulsi in water at night and drink at Morning then it gives best Results on body your body get hydrated and you feel fresh.

- Then complete morning work like Toilet, clean teeth, clean face with face wash, etc...
- Then boil the water and add Honey 🍯 & Lemon juice 🍋 and drink this Drink slowly.
- Then after 30 min go to jogging at park, Garden, and any other place.
- After Jogging of 30-45 min go to Meditation and if you want then do some Yoga.
